Yoga for health and wellbeing

This page is for you if you been signposted to my yoga classes through your GP or medical practice. If this is the case then you can trial a class for just £1! You can find out more about the yoga I offer as well as how to book your taster class.

I teach these classes at Spencer Yard Cv31 3SY. It's a lovely big and airy room so there is usually plenty of space. If by any chance the class you want to join is full then you can go on to a waiting list or choose another session. There is also a good range of yoga equipment there so you will be very welcome to borrow a mat and any other equipment you may need (such as cushions for your comfort when lying down).

General adult yoga

Hello! I am an experienced yoga teacher who runs yoga classes for adult students of all abilities in Leamington, both men and women and all ages. You may be reading this because you are completely new to yoga and would like to try it, or maybe you haven't practised for a while and want to give it a go again.

Yoga is a combination of breathing, physical movements and positions (called asanas or postures) as well as relaxation. Yoga is great for both flexiblity as well as strength, it can help with your posture and breathing, and can help you to find calm and relaxation. Most people report that yoga helps with their aches and pains, as well as improving their mood.

No matter your level of fitness or mobility, you can benefit from yoga. I offer lots of easy and enjoyable ways to do the practices so you can stay at your comfort level.

If you'd like to join or just try a session have a look at the times and days of the classes I run to see if any will suit you on  this page
